[mythtv] patch: progfind speedup

How about changing it so it will strip words like 'A', 'The', etc. off
the beginning and put them at the end after a comma.  So "The Red Green
Show" would become "Red Green Show, The".

Or the code could just ignore a leading 'A' or 'The' and put the
items in their regular bucket based upon the 2nd word.

Or it could put them in both places, under the 'The' bucket but also under
the 'R' bucket (for the Red Green example).

Or I could shut up unless I'm going to submit a patch. :)

Just wanted to toss out a few other possible alternatives.
