Program Finder Changes [was Re: [mythtv] patch: progfind speedup]

The 'The' category is now gone. The program finder now puts shows that start 
w/ 'The ' and 'A ' under the letter which their second word starts with. It 
will still have 'The'/'A' infront of it.

This also changes around the sorting a bit, the sorter is case sensitive - 
I'm looking into this still. Otherwise the code has been updated in CVS (for 
those of you not on the commits list).

I hope this works better for everyone...
