[mythtv] First bunch of patch for internationalization... more to follow

Here a first bunch of patches to allow internationalization of mythtv. In
few days I'll complete the work. All .qm have to be copied in
PREFIX+/share/mythtv/i18n

If a qm file is not found, mythtv speak default english.

To select the language, simply put a value "Locale" with data "two letters
after underscore" in mythconverg.settings table.

In few days, I'll post a patch also for documentation on how to add your own
languages.
