[mythtv] Sub Titles & 0.8

On a slightly related note, I have spent a bit of time the past couple
of days working on getting closed caption working. However, I was going
to continue working on it till 0.8 was released then post the patch, but
I suppose I could send a patch sooner if people want it. I don't feel it
is ready to go into 0.8 yet however.

My current patch fixes the on/off for CC only, but I have been meaning
to factor it out for teletext as well.
