pexpect is required not by mythtv-cvs, but by the CVS eclass that
portage uses, I believe, and should be appropriately handled as a
dependency. If it is not, the problem is not with the ebuild, but with
the cvs eclass, and should be reported on bugs.gentoo.org as such.
