[mythtv] Slave backend using different encodings specs

This makes it sound like it is already possible, but just needs to be
manually setup in the Database.  Is that correct?  I'm really not
interested in using this machine for recording, just live tv and
playback of recordings from the master backend.

Not yet, but will be once Matt writes the UI stuff that supports
different 
recording setups.
