[mythtv] CVS Patches: MythRemoteLineEdit, Edit Program Info

I've attached 2 patches, the first is straightforward against mythwidgets --
  the original didn't have a way to enter a space, and would make it hard
  to type.

The second is a way to edit program descriptions from 
the playback screen and make sure the "All Programs" show up first.

I'm not so thrilled about my creating/connecting the database inside
commit(), so please change that to the proper way.

A gotcha for other ppl playing with the database:
  For some reason mysql will update starttime if you change the
  recorded table unless you pass that into the sql query.  I'm
  not sure why it doesn't do that to endtime...

Sorry if that was obvious, but it took me a while to figure out
what it was doing...
