[mythtv] MythPopupBox compile problem

I noticed a change got committed yesterday for MythMusic to use the new
MythPopupBox widget.  However, a fetch of both MC & mythmusic gave me
compile errors complaining about MythPopupBox.  (Yes, I did a 'make clean
distclean ; ./configure ; make ; make install' of the MC directory).  Has
the MythPopupBox been committed, and if so, where is it?
