[mythtv] dvb @ cvs howto

i was going to give a try to the dvb at cvs after i've seen the new dvb tables and libdvbdev dir, however now i just realized that after building mythtv, my current libdvbdev.a is empty. so isn't really there. maybe it makes sense since this part is still experimental.

before going to the makefiles etc to figure out how to build it, i'm wondering if someone (Ben?) can drop us a few lines explaining how to build mythtv with dvb and maybe also some info on how to setup channels using current cvs. if that's already somewhere my apologies, i didn't fount it.

that will help also others to start playing with it and therefore contributing.
