[mythtv] mythvideo i18n: DE

Dear list,

this is my first mail on this list. First, I wish to thank all
developers for their excellent work on this project. It is highly
appreciated because it makes life a little better. ;-)

Unfortunately, I'm not much of a coder myself but I would like to
contribute to this great project. Attached to this mail (I hope that
small attachments are ok, please let me know if not) you can find a
(hopefully) complete i18n of mythvideo in German.

I've included the following files:

	mythvideo-0.12/i18n/mythvideo_de.ts
	mythvideo-0.12/i18n/mythvideo_de.qm  <-- generated with lrelease
	mythvideo-0.12/mythvideo/video-ui.xml
	mythvideo-0.12/mythvideo/video_settings.xml
	mythvideo-0.12/mythvideo/videomenu.xml

All modifications were done with a UTF-8 editor so hopefully I didn't
break any other translations. If there's any trouble with the
translation or if I need to modify anything, please let me know, I'd be
glad to help.
