[mythtv] Auto-transcoding

Off the top of my head, I'm wondering if maybe you have Auto-flagging of
commercials turned on and maybe your system is either really slow or
loaded down during the night for some reason and since commercial flagging
is a nice-d process it takes a long time to run hence autotranscoding
doesn't get started until way later.  But that's just an idea....
