[mythtv] color/hue/etc not adjusting?

I don't even have access to a system with a capture card at this point, but I
vaguely recall that v4lctl didn't seem to have a command for setting the
parameter which was problematic.  I don't recall whether it was one of the
things in struct video_picture or something else, honestly.
