[mythtv] Splicing part of one recording into another

Give avidemux(http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/) a shot, it can 
recognize MythTV's .nuv.  I'd suggest loading the first file cut out the 
commercials and save as MPEG.  Load the second, cut out what you don't 
need and save what you do.  Combine the two MPEGs and create your S/VCD.
