[mythtv] [PATCH] add visiblerowlimit tag to theme.xml

Hmmm, well I think that's entirely up to the Theme designer to decide if
something is bad design or not, isn't it? The way it is now most people
I show Myth to can't even guess there are more than 6 options ("look at
this small triangle here, it means there are more items - ah...") ;-)
