I don't know much about the PVR-350, but I do know that their is a hdtv 
card with linux drivers.  You may want search the posts 
(http://www.gossamer-threads.com/archive/MythTV_C2/Dev_F10/) for pchdtv.

Actually I have the pcHDTV for HDTV reception. The problem is my CPU
isn't fast enough to display the stream well so I'm looking for an mpeg2
decoder which will handle HDTV streams. I may just buy a better CPU, or
possibly a better graphics card. Haven't decided yet. If the PVR 350
will handle it though I'll probably go that route cause it gives me
another tuner and takes the load off the CPU and graphics card.
