[mythtv] Database upgrade bug report

I just upgraded from Myth 0.11 to 0.12..  I was very pleased to see the 
database updating is now handled internally instead of having to manually 
run mysql...  unfortunately in the process it wiped out all my carefully 
tuned recording profiles so no I have to try and remember the settings. :(
