[mythtv] No more support for Qt 3.0.x

Yea!  Perhaps I'll submit a patch to get rid of all the clumsy ifdef's
in httpcomms now.  I was going to ask why the heck Qt3.0 was being
supported but didn't want to get flamed hehe :)
