[mythtv] [PATCH] Add TV_PROGFIND as a new <type>

Hi all

This  patch  makes it possible to change the progfind button. A patch for "blue"
is attached to make it look like before.

This  is a preperation for the theme I'm working on, there might be more patches
of this kind.

Attention  theme authors!: you need to add a <buttondef name="TV_PROGFIND"> like
in the patch for the blue theme, something like this:

+  <buttondef name="TV_PROGFIND">
+    <image>record.png</image>
+    <offset>20,10</offset>
+  </buttondef>

or there won't be any image on that button.

Isaac: this is the correct way to do it? No more changes are needed?
