[mythtv] mythmusic crashing (wtf?)

so, finally i found something new:
on mythmusic crash, i had a look to the kernel log with dmesg,
never done this before (please don't ask why) and saw this:

so, may the kernel be the problem here? or a kernel option?
i use a vanilla 2.4.22, without any patches...
earlier i used a 2.4.21-ac, and mythmusic worked fine, config is
nearly the same, except of the ac-patches not included anymore.
so, any new ideas out there?
