[mythtv] [PATCH]Add videoartworkdir setting

This patch adds a setting called "videoartworkdir" that determines where 
poster artwork is stored.  If it's set to an empty string it will 
default to using "~/.mythtv/MythVideo" of the current user.  This patch 
also points the file dialog for selecting images to the proper 
directory, previously it pointed to the directories where videos were 
stored not images.
