What is the status of mythchannels?

The message in <URL:http://www.elserrat.com/MythTV/MythChannels/>
seems to imply that mythchannels was incorporated into MythTV CVS
05/08/2003, but I can't see any sign of it in CVS.

I guess it has become unmaintained and broken?
