[mythtv] [PATCH] Visor theme changes / MythTV 0.15 timing?

Thanks Kevin,

I'll merge this into the next revision of Visor.

On a tangentially related note, Isaac, any idea when
MythTV 0.15 might be released?  Or what you want to
get into it before another release happens?  Just
curious...
