This commit included more than just "if(" to "if (" at least in the case 
of channel.cpp...  A change to Channel::TuneToFrequency, has prevented 
at least one user from being able to change the channel.  Since I don't 
know if it's just his machine or more widespread I've left alone, but 
the attached patch fixes things for him.
