[mythtv] channel.freqid too short for real frequencies

looking through and wanting to make a unique freq mapping to channel numbers
I noticed that the freq is only 5 chars long in the db. (channel table)
since these numbers are in kHz this would require at least 6 chars for terrestrial and
cable and perhaps 7 for sat to reperesent numbers >= 100MHz == 100000kHz
easy fix. whoever maintains the db consistency should do this one. thus no patch is provided.
temp fix is to use phpmyadmin or command line to change it explicitly to VARCHAR(7)
