[mythtv] Freeze in frontend during automatic channel change

I have the same issue here with a Motorola DCT-2224 connected through the 
Tuner input on a PVR-350 (not using TV-out) and the DCT channel changing 
program (not the python script) included in the mythtv contrib directory.

This is little help, but I haven't yet had the time to investigate.
