[mythtv] [PATCH] DisplayRes update

Really?  I didn't know that.  That would have been a rude shock if I ever
got a TV with HDMI/DVI and tried to use it.

Was GuiWidth/GuiHeight honored with Doug's version of "Seperate Video
Modes"?  It never occured to me that someone using this mode would not want
the GUI to be "full screen".
