[mythtv] OSD resize

Ok, there seems to be a bug in the OSD rendering code - whatever x,y
offsets you use, they get ignored. The OSD appears always to be relative
to the top left of the picture. Investigating further...

RE: the previous .diff I sent. I make no warranties as to how
effectively
it works or if it's the best way to accomplish it. :)  Can't even say it
still works as I tried that a long time ago.
