[mythtv] [Experimental PATCH] BIG DVB PATCH V3.0

It was mentioned a while back that at some point these dvb patches
would fix the bug where if you tune to a channel that isnt curretly
broadcasting myth locks up.

I can't see this on the plan.  Any update on the progress of this?
