Thru software decoding or AV receiver? I only got sound from front left 
and front right via software decoding so far...

Could be because most of the time they are broadcasting in 2ch AC3... 
They do that alot in Perth..

Waiting for the weekend where they will do those HD demo loops as I know 
they are truely 5.1..

Are you using ALSA 1.0.6? I heard that that version has problems, try 
downgrading to 1.0.5 or maybe 1.0.7 and see if it helps..
