[mythtv] [patch] Video start playback on the right position

Hello,

When I started the playback of a recorded show, the player never started at the position of the bookmark or of the cutlist. So this patch should fix it.

I've also turned the colorkey to black, so we don't see the blue flash and the first image of the playback is not the first image of the file anymore.

And corrected some segmentation faults.

This is my first patch for mythtv and I never programed on linux before, so I hope that I haven't made too many mistakes
