[mythtv] slightly misleading information...

just in in case anyone else runs into the same problem

settings.pro in mythtv has this for the ivtv option:

# IVTV output (PVR-350) support. No need to disable unless building on
windows
CONFIG += using_ivtv
DEFINES += USING_IVTV

i disabled this while building 0.14... and it didn't include _any_ ivtv
support and hence would not record anything (i have a pvr250). the
frontend just spits out qsocketdevice failing to write to qstringlist or
something similar.
