[mythtv] Conflicts in MythWeb? (patch included)

I've noticed recently that conflicts aren't showing up in the scheduled
recordings on mythweb when the "conflicts" checkbox is checked and the
others are unchecked. I've looked in the code and found what I believe
to be the offending piece of code and wonder if it's done like this on
purpose or not.

Can the mythweb author check this and see if it is an oversight and
apply it to cvs if it is? (patch included in email)
