You  don't need to add cmdline for countries and genres.
For  -D option, my script produce  this kind of information.

As you can see I just add two lines, one for genres and the other one 
for countries. It's just a coma sepated list like the stars. My accessor 
in the matadata class (setGenres and setCountries) take a coma separated 
lists parameter.
Then if you can just add these two lines in your script, it's help me.
