[mythtv] [PATCH]Second attempt at programInfo description field length problem

Lo chaps,

Not nearly as much time as I'd like looking at this one, but I've 
replaced my early patch with this one.  Basicly the GUI display for the 
desciption has been modified to truncate at 255 chars and append "..." 
to the text (thus indicating that there's more).  Thus all sources of 
problem with extra long text are solved.

Do I need to do anything else to get this excepted under cvs?
