[mythtv] lcddevice, priority and other

I start looking to the lcd code and I'd like to make some basic
modifications, but before I'd like to hear from you.
Priority. I'd like to make all active screens set to the default priority,
so it will possible to use also external lcdproc screens, like the cpu (C)
one
Customizations. I don't like the "menu change" screen, and I'd like to keep
the "time" screen togheter with the music/channel/mplayer screen, so I'd
like to put the choice of what screens to display and with what prioirity
using the appearance menu.
