[mythtv] [PATCH] adjust filter update

I've tweaked the adjust filter a bit to the number of instructions with
memory operands.  This speeds things up a bit for me, and should be a
gain on Intel hw as well.  If you've had trouble since auto-adjust went
into CVS, give this a try and see if it helps.  I've also added a
(somewhat ugly) way to disable auto-adjust: add a "adjust=-1" to your
channel filter chain.  NVR should see that an adjust filter already
exists, and not add one, and the new option should make FM drop the
adjust filter you've added, while keeping any other filters.

There's also a minor fix for chroma, which was being clamped to 16-235
instead of 16-240 like it should be.
