[mythtv] Anyone working on direct MPEG2 encoding?

Oh?  Because from what I've seen, all aspects of mpeg2enc suck - both
quality and speed.

Well, I'm curious to see the quality differences.  If someone comes up
with a good encoding command line, feel free to pass it along.
