[mythtv] Call for Mandrake 8.2 and RedHat 8 maintainer

I think it would be a little silly to maintain RH 8 docs anyway. Between 
the QT version issues, and Red Hat's dropping support for RH8 (and soon 
RH9) I think that RH 8 is a terrible choice for running myth on.
