[mythtv] MythTV will not compile on AMD64

It's not specific to 64 bit linux though, it's specific to a certain range
of gcc builds. In the bug report they say which one they think it was
introduced in; you may be able to get a gcc build prior to that which will
work. At least that is what i would try.
