Fair 'nuf, for TV watching -- you da boss, but I thought maybe the keycontext 
hierarchy concept might be useful in the future for some of the plugins, like 
mythmusic, etc.  In any event, the keycontext hierarchy & tables logic could 
go in without the specific changes for LiveTV/Playback.  No impact to the 
user, but the framework would be there.  Otherwise, if you feel there really 
is no use for it at all, I'll just maintain it in my private tree, at least 
until we have a menu for TV playback functions.
