[mythtv] DVB EPG (Patch as requested)

As requested, here is the patch against latest CVS.

WARNING! Running this patch with mythbackend in the background, logging to
/var/log/.... will fill up your disk space VERY FAST! Run mythbackend in
the foreground until the data is being put somewhere useful.

Hope this comes through OK. I am using webmail and all-sorts to send it
:-) Feel free to send me updates to test if this gets anywhere.
