[mythtv] cancel recording bug?

Hmm, with Kevin's recent mail about 0.1 v. 0.2, I doubt he'll add the
ioctl to the 0.1.9 tree anytime soon.  Perhaps we need jens back to
maintain a 0.1.9-post source package?

(Replies should probably go to ivtv-devel as we're pretty far off
the mythtv topics).
