To start with I intend to document how to enable and analyse the data in my DVB
setup guide. I can't do that unless it is being collected.

I just haven't got the time to write a GUI for it at the moment but it could
still be useful to people tracking down DVB issues, who currently don't have
much to work with.

Please reconsider applying the patch.
