[mythtv] [PATCH] - Additional duplicate detection controls

Well, I just found something that I forgot (the code about rerecording 
episodes after they've been deleted) so I'm working on that. I didn't 
want to mess with the database at all, but I guess I can take a look at 
how that works at the same time.
