[mythtv] diff for dutch categories in mythweb

This is a diff I always apply to get colorfull program guide data in
MythWeb. (the categories in xml from tv_grab_be are in dutch).

patch -R /mythweb/includes/programs.php programs.php.diff

It would be nice to have the categories (and all of the other Mythweb
strings as well actually) in a config file per language. i18n? If
someone can give me an example in php on how to replace a string with a
variable that is called from a config file (depending on the language
setting in the database..?) I'm willing to spend some time on this but
if I have to read php manuals first it will take more time :-)
