I have teletext working here, it still needs a lot of work, and teletext 
subtitles is not timed very well. I'm going to release a new version of my 
experimental dvb patch sometime in the future, but I can't really say when.

DVB/DVD subtitles should be relativly easy to implement, but since most 
channels have teletext subtitles here, I chose to do this first.
