[mythtv] 2.6 IR Keyboards

Couple of mistakes in my last post.  I meant input.h, not event.h.  And
there is a KEY_BLUE, etc keys.  The BTN_* codes are used fore joysticks,
tablets, mice, and misc. devices.  There exist BTN_[0-9] as well. 
Remotes just seem to fall into the category of the BTN input devices to
me.
