[mythtv] Question about playback

Aha!  I wasn't using that feature.

Maybe we could put in an option to playback without the rewind/pause?  Maybe
attach it to a button on the remote?  I say we but I don't know how to do
that yet.

then you can't rewind/pause live tv anymore.

the ivtv driver recently started seeing some initial support for
passtrough mode though, which means that the data wouldn't even leave
the card anymore.
