First, I guess I have to point out that the preroll and postroll
seconds used by the encoder at record time are not used to
calculate the scheduled times. However, if you set the startoffset
and endoffset to three minutes each, the scheduled time should
be 6 minutes longer then the original time in the program listings.
The original times are starttime and endtime. The times with the
offsets added are recstartts and recendts. The preroll and postroll
seconds aren't part of scheduling and don't come into effect until
it is time to record.

I added a 10:00 show with 3 minutes for both Start Early and End
Late and here is what I saw.

On the Scheduled Recordings page, The airdate is 10:00AM and the
length is "36 mins". On the popup, the Airtime is "10:00AM to 10:30AM"
(should this be 9:57AM to 10:33AM?). If I click on the link, below
the bold title I see "10:00 AM to 10:30 AM (0 minutes)" but then
every show that I checked has "0 minutes". In the "Recording
Options" box on the right it shows:

Start Early (minutes): 3
End Late (minutes): 3

So for me the "length" column on the Scheduled Recordings page is
correct but the duration calculation is broken on all of the
individual show pages whether or not they have start/end offsets.
