[mythtv] [patch] cle266 intra|inter_matrix fix

The open source stuff consists of kernel patches, Xfree patches and a 
reverse-engineered libddmpeg.so by Ivor. Ivor's page doesn't seem to be up 
lately. Since I use gentoo, I've been getting custom ebuilds from 
http://epia.kalf.org/portage
